This villa consists of a main house of 680 m2, that can accommodate 10 persons comfortably in the main house (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) and other 10 persons in the 3 guesthouses, total capacity for 20 persons.

The villa is built on two floors surrounded by fenced garden and palm trees, very confortable for big groups, because has big sleeping capacity. The various chill-out and dining areas can recreate nice dinner/parties around the swimming pool or inside the big living room areas.

Everything in the villa has been thought for accommodating 20 persons; any person can relax on their own in the big bedrooms or share fun and entertainment with their own friends around the swimming pool or in the nice terraces overlooking the peaceful mountains of San Rafael.
